~ Coco Street ~
From the city of Los Angeles, Coco Street exemplifies the future of vocal house with her original style and a knack for artistic flair in song writing that captures the listener in the first moments of her tracks. As a multi-talented vocalist, percussionist and songwriter, Coco is also known for her contributions to theatre, with her musical productions sustaining an impressive five seasons in Luis Avalos's family holiday classic, "Paquito's Christmas". The musical has played in various great venues throughout the United States, including the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. Coco has produced various music showcases on Cable Television that promoted Christian artists, giving them the opportunity to bring much needed outreach to viewers young and old. One such show, "Street Life", was a fresh Christ-Centered alternative to everyday music programming. After performing several years with Exhibition, a Los Angeles-based Synthpop band, Coco launched her solo career after joining forces with electronic music producer Roller8. They released an experimental project under the name D.W.D. and wrote many styles of music together, ranging from House Music to Drum n Bass to Down Tempo. Following that release, Coco began a fledgling record label called NuQuest Records; joining forces with other indie labels to be more artist-centered. The first release on NuQuest Records label was "Your Love"; a 12" vinyl EP featuring remixes from Roller8 and Reflux1.
